Please check out the displays at your local senior centers. And always ask for any senior help, as it could be very rewarding.

Senior discounts online are very easy....they may not be advertised, but are available. A quick email or telephone call can yield huge rewards. Most will give a coupon code...amounts will vary. Just be sure to check in advance. Happy rewards.

On April 1st, I used a 10% senior discount at Fred Meyer in Washington state... it worked so well. Special thanks to our Fred Meyer store for the discount. Please call in advance to see if the store you shop at participates....

Online Coupons..

Free online coupons are easy to find and print. They really are a good source for all senior shopping. Especially food items.... local libraries also have wonderful printers to use for a small charge. Do a search for any type of coupon.  There is a good chance you can find the type of coupon you need online.

Free Lunches....

Many communities have free lunches for Seniors based in a church or community centers...good place to eat, socialize and share information. Good times. Check online or local community newspaper.

Movie Theaters, Community Theaters, Sports Venues....

Many Movie theaters, Community theaters, Sport Venues, Airlines, Hotel and car rental agencies have some sort of senior discounts or rewards programs. Some start at age 55 and older. Have identification ready and don't be afraid to ask... you might just find a pleasant discount!
